The ISO/TS16949 is an ISO technical specification aiming quality management system emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. Keeping this in mind, the PolcoCrations Pvt. Ltd.has got in touch with Lakshy Management Consultant Pvt Ltd to initiate the TS 16949 Consulting Project for their operations in Mumbai.
